Tatyana
CEO and Tax Strategist

Tatyana, CEO and Tax strategies at TotTax, Tax and Accounting Agency. I started my career as a volunteer for the IRS preparing tax returns for individuals and delinquent businesses.

Worked at a public accounting firm where gained accounting and bookkeeping experience. In my last corporate job I was helping 3000 business owners to start their journey, implement tax planning strategies to save on taxes and provided guidance on growing and managing their business smoothly.

With experience in FinTech, public accounting and at the IRS, I realized I thrive when helping motivated business owners embrace change. That’s why I founded TotTax.
As an IRS Enrolled Agent, we are a fully remote agency helping clients nationwide. I'm originally from Russia and I decided to be a tax accountant when I was 16 years old and got my Masters degree in Forensic Tax investigation back in 2010.

When I’m not solving tax problems, I love to spend time with my wonderful husband, Zach, a serial entrepreneur and business owner himself, exploring the great outdoors on hikes, playing with our pup Dookie Face, and enjoying karaoke with friends (I'm not good at all but I love it lol). I’m passionate about travel and love celebrating life!

Mike
Accounting and Payroll Advisor

I am Mike, an Accounting and Payroll Advisor at TotTax, Tax and Accounting Agency. 
I have fourteen years of experience in general accounting, six of which are focused on U.S. accounting.

In my previous roles, I worked as a bookkeeper for various clients under an accounting firm, where I gained extensive experience not only in preparing books but also in payroll computation and related processes.

What I love most about working in accounting is the opportunity to share my financial knowledge and expertise by ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial records.
On my days off, when I’m not working as an Accounting and Payroll Advisor, I spend quality time with my family. The arrival of our first child has been a truly special chapter in my life and I cherish creating memorable moments with them that I will hold dear forever.

Executive Assistant

My name is Bree, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Executive Assistant at Tottax.

With over a decade of experience in customer service, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible teams and clients, developing strong skills in organization, communication, and ensuring everything runs as efficiently as possible.

In my role at Tottax, I’ll be supporting both Tatyana and you by managing communications, coordinating documents, and facilitating processes to keep everything on track.

My primary goal is to make your experience seamless and stress-free. Whether it’s answering general questions, providing updates, or ensuring that all forms and details are handled promptly, I am here to assist you every step of the way.
Outside of work, I’m all about family. Spending time with my loved ones is how I recharge and find inspiration—it’s the heart of everything I do. Whether it’s movie nights, outdoor adventures, or sharing good conversations, my family time keeps me balanced and focused.
